SHIPPING TIMES
The hours indicated below are according to the time zone (GMT+1) Madrid.
- all orders placed before 3:00 p.m. with Correos Express they will be sent that same day. All orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
- All orders placed with Post standard will ship the next business day.
HOLIDAY CALENDARS
Orders will be processed and shipped only on business days (Mon-Fri), excluding holidays. The 2021 holiday calendar is:

RETURNS
- Returns are free throughout the Spanish territory except Canary. For all other cases, the cost will be borne by the client and will be the same as the shipping cost.
- You have 14 calendar days since you receive it to request the return of your order. From the Black Friday campaign, the return period will be extended 15 days after Kings.
- No refund will be made until the package arrives at our facilities.
- Möoka reserves the right not to accept the return if, once the package is received, it is observed that it has been received in unsuitable conditions.
- Once it is verified that everything is correct, a gift card will be sent to spend on the web in the mail provided in the order. No expiration date and no minimum purchase.
- The shipping cost paid in the order will not be refunded.
- In the event that the returned product had been purchased with a discount code, the amount returned will be the amount paid. That is, if it had been purchased with a 10% discount, the price returned will be that of the item, less the -10% not paid.
- Returns will not be accepted if the cause of its defect or damage was due to misuse by the customer. Ex: wetting products that we specify not to wet.
- Returns of custom or pending orders will not be accepted (for hygiene reasons).
CHANGES
- Changes will be borne by the customer unless they are due to our mistake when sending the order or due to product imperfections.
- In the case of rings that go by size: If the size is not correct (too large or small) they can be changed at no cost to the customer.
- The shipping price for the exchange will be the same as the shipping price paid.
- If you want to change it for a product with a higher amount than the one paid, you will be asked to pay the difference. If the amount is less than the amount paid, it will be returned using the same payment method.
