- Always The order may be canceled if it has not been shipped yet.. In this case, Möoka will refund all payments received by the same payment method used.
- Returns are free throughout Spanish territory. except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. For the rest of the areas, Möoka will pay 50% of the cost of the return and the remaining 50% will be borne by the customer. The cost of the return will be the same as the shipping cost.
- You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive it to request the return of your order. Starting from the Black Friday campaign, the returns period will be extended 15 days after kings.
- No refund will be made until the package arrives at our facilities.
- Mooka reserves the right to not accept the return if, once the package is received, it is observed that it has been received in unsuitable conditions.

- Returns will not be accepted if the cause of its defect or damage was due to misuse by the customer. Ex: wet products that we specify not to wet.
- Returns on personalized or pending orders will not be accepted. (for hygiene reasons).
- Changes will be the responsibility of the client unless they are due to a mistake on our part when sending the order or due to product imperfections.
- In the case of rings that go by size: If the size is not correct (too big or small) these can be changed at no cost to the customer.
- The shipping price of the exchange will be the same as that paid for shipping.
